Smaller than most other knives, the BLACK GHOST paring knife is ideal for small and intricate cutting tasks. Its blade length and pointed tip make it skilled at anything from sectioning citrus fruits, cleaning herbs & mushroom, pitting fruit and stemming vegetables..It could also be used as a steak knife on the dinner table.. Its small size octagonal shape handle fits comfortably in the hand allowing it to excel at peeling root vegetables and fruit. Ideal knuckle clearance makes the BLACK GHOST petty great for chopping or slicing fine herbs on a cutting board using a straight forward motion. The BLACK GHOST petty knife blade is thin which allows it to excel at jobs that require agility and precision such as stemming and seeding peppers, thinly slicing garlic, or cutting shallots into tiny dice. The ergonomic handle and razor sharp blade are fitted seamlessly making the BLACK GHOST petty knife one you can work with comfortably all day.

Crafted over months by our artisan to fit the blade snuggly and maintain ideal storage humidity, each knife comes with a protective wooden sheath called a “Saya” .
Carefully choses magnolia wood combined with an ebony wood pin completes the BLACK GHOST knife series.
